b. Definitions. This arbitration clause must be interpreted to a large extent. „dispute” means any claim or controversy related to us or our relationship, including, but not limited to: (1) claims relating to remedies and theories of liability, whether based on contract, tort, fraud, negligence, law, regulation, regulation or otherwise; (2) rights prior to this or a prior agreement; (3) Rights arising from the expiration or termination of this Agreement and (4) rights that are the subject of an alleged class action proceeding. As used in this arbitration clause, comcast and all of its predecessors, successors, assigns, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and representatives, and „you” means you and all users or beneficiaries of the Xfinity Services or Devices. Option of [PARTY A]. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, [PART A] of [PARTY B] may acquire some or all of the assets [PART B] used in connection with the franchise. (b) endeavour to comply with the terms of any of the consents set out therein; Disputes over the purchase price. 16.1 Any termination of the Service Contract for any reason whatsoever shall not affect any rights or obligations that have been conferred on either party and that may have pre-existed. 2.1 EDI makes the services available to the subscriber under the terms of the service contract which contains these general conditions of sale. In February 2016, I joined Comcast at a price of $US 34.99 for its „Internet Performance” package, which normally cost around $US 60, based on my price memories at the time. That plan expired recently and Comcast tried to charge me US$74.95 for next month`s service, which is far more than the 60 $US that prevailed last year and, in my opinion, a paltry amount to pay for internet service. I looked to join Fios, but there were no good deals at discounts in my area. As a result, I signed up on comcast`s site to review my options. `confidential information` means the service agreement and any other documentary, electronic or oral communication exchanged between the parties in respect of them, including all invoices, as well as any information on the operations and affairs of each of the parties, its customers, customers and suppliers, as well as any other information, in any form whatsoever, that is confidential and that each party, due to its delivery or v the services provided in accordance with the terms of the service agreement. . . .
